How does it work?

​1. Consultation
We will go through wishes and ideas that you might already have, and your budget. We will discuss which style suits you, any favourite brand, material or fabric.
The first consultation is free of charges and it can be done by phone, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp. After the first consultation, 50 euro per hour will be charged. This stage of the project does not need a physical assessment in your home. If you have furniture or decorative objects that you wish to keep and incorporate in the new interior design scheme, it is good to mention them now. You will need to provide me precise measurements of the space, if you cannot do it yourself, you can ask a professional property inspector. (If you need me to see and measure your property, travel expenses will be added to the final invoice).

2. Mood board & Concept board
With the help of a Concept Board, which is a collage of images, I will be able to introduce you to an overview of the feelings, emotions, style and colour palette that I wish to achieve for your property. With the Mood board, I will present to you in more detail the furniture, materials and fabrics, that will compose the design scheme. Each board comes as PDF to your email, for the cost of 20 euro per board. During this stage, if you are not satisfied with the ideas presented, adjustments can be done still included in the same cost.

3. Interiors Real Life 
With the help of design software, I will create a 3D image to visualise how your room or property will look at the end of the project. The 3D image will give you a visualisation of each room of your property as if they were real, this is why I call it "Interiors Real Life". If you are pleased with the result in the 3D image, I will proceed with further technical plans and elevations, otherwise adjustments can be done to the overall design scheme. 
Each 3D image will be charged 75 euro. Usually, for one room one image is sufficient. 

4. Floor plans and elevations
Once the "Interiors Real Life" mages are approved, more technical drawings will be presented with detailed measurements, that your constructors can use during installations. If bespoke furnitures will be needed, special drawings will be created for your carpenter. Each technical plan will come with a fee of 85 euro. At this phase, no more adjustments can be performed.

5. Shopping list
Last stage is a list of all furniture, fabrics, materials and decorative objects you need to buy for your fresh new interior design scheme. Your budget will be respected of course. The list comes as an Excel file to your email adress. Shops and suppliers with online e-commerce and international deliveries will be considered, as well as, local ones to reduce international freight costs. The shopping list is optional, and it comes with a fee of 30 euro. If you allow me later on to share on my website and social media the final result of your project, the shopping list comes with a 10% discount.
